Refund policy

Please note that any damage, loss, or delivery issues caused during transportation must be handled directly with the shipping carrier. Customers may be required to file a claim with the carrier for shipping-related damages.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for items that are returned damaged, altered, or not in their original condition.
